The Lark Distillery, located on Hobart’s waterfront, is one of Australia's leading distilleries, producing high quality, premium distilled products using traditional methods.
Lark produces a range of scrumptious whiskeys, liqueurs and spirits, and to celebrate joining the TCB membership team are sharing some of their favourite cocktail recipes using Lark products - guaranteed to “knock your socks off!”
Cherry Max Sparkling
Sparkling Wine
½ nip Cherry max
Fresh Strawberry
Sweet Apple Martini
1 nip Apple Liqueur
1 nip Pepperberry Gin
Squeeze of lemon or lime, or a dash of bitters
Serve neat or shaken with ice
Dry Apple Martini
1 nip Apple Schnapps
1 nip Pepperberry Gin
Squeeze of lemon or lime
Serve neat or shaken with ice
Dry or Dirty Martini
Rinse the inside of a glass with a good Vermouth
1 or 2 nips of Pepperberry Gin or Pepperberry Vodka
Serve neat or shaken over ice with some nice big olives
Cosmopolitan
1 nip Vodka
½ nip Apple Liqueur
½ nip Bush Liqueur
Cranberry Juice
The TCB team will be enjoying a social drink at Lark Distillery this Wednesday 1st of June from 5pm and would love our members to come along for a casual drink and catch-up.
